This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions.

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older who are parents, legal guardians, or authorized caregivers of students. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors.

  • Chat Content: Questions you ask and interactions you have with our AI-powered chat feature

    Manual Review: In addition to automated processing, our team may review user-submitted content — including chat conversations, uploaded documents, and pathway selections — to diagnose technical issues, ensure service quality, and improve our AI systems. Such review is conducted on a need-to-know basis and subject to the access controls described in Section 6.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Chat Content and Uploaded Documents: Retained for the duration of your account to provide and improve the Service. You may request deletion of specific content at any time.
  • Usage and Log Data: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
  • Support Communications: Retained for up to 24 months after resolution for quality assurance and legal purposes.

Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the timelines above, except where retention is required by applicable law.

The Service is designed exclusively for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from students or minors under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental authorization, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as official school websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
